Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
